Chef David besides serving up delicious delicious food,  is also a great guy.  The patrons were on first name basis with him and thier lunch menu was just left upto him.

From our set menu he served us –

The Lemon Pepper Coriander Soup with Chicken.

No words to describe how delicious this was. This was wiped clean by us. Chef David on seeing us relishing the ‘spicy’ , sent us exactly what our palate demanded.

The  appetizers were where we got stuffed, but the taste and delicacy of the flavours kept us going for more.

In the Mains we were served this gorgeous Steamed Fish in Chilli Black Bean sauce.  The entire dish was just steamed together, getting all the flavours, aromas and juices to mix together to serve us this delectable treat.

But it didn’t end there we got to have this lovely PuErh tea

The entire experience at Ming Yang was lovely, very Taj hospitality. And one can’t get better than that.  At Rs 1500 /- pp., thier curated menu is not to be missed.
