#FBAIEducation in association with Gadre Premium Seafood and Busago, conducted its first ever “hands-on” #SushiWorkshop at BusaGo, Lower Parel with Chef Nikhil Chib.

Besides the technical aspects of learning how to roll, cutting and plating one also learnt from where to source the ingredients locally, cautions one must use, tips and tricks.

We kept the groups cohesive, priced it reasonably and ensured some fun time during the workshop along with optimum learning.
