The #HawaiinPizzaExpress #FBAIsoiree last night was a mix of the yummy Hawaiian Pizza:
Hawaiian Pizza Express- Speck ham with sweet pineapple chutney, onion rings on béchamel sauce base with a subtle kick of chilli
Lamb Polpette- Spicy Lamb meat balls with onion rings, garnished with refreshing mint yogurt and chopped coriander
Linguine Cajun Gambero Pasta- creamy, spicy linguine pasta with prawns, tossed with Cajun sauce mixed grilled pepper, sundried tomatoes and Cajun seasoning
Dough balls with Nutella and the yummy cheesecake.
The Hawaiian Tikki-Refreshing pineapple and orange juice shaken with nutty caramel syrup, dash of lemon juice, sweet and tasty passion fruit puree combined with chocolate sauce and rum!
Guava Mary- Guava juice shaken with a dash of tabasco, lime juice and vodka, with a twist of chat masala to give it a blast of flavours
and Mocktail- Molto Berry- A berrylicious blend with apple juice and a hint of lemon, topped with ice refreshed our fabulous evening.
And the camaraderie that the #FBAImembers have is infectious, genuine and inclusive. Foodies are the best people!
#Hawaiin was the theme – props, backdrop, garlands, tiaras, colorful clothes and crazy accessories.
The #FBAIquiz was fun… Yes we have to use our brains amidst all the noise we make and QuizMasters Saher and Slachi made all ponder! Team E consisting of Alok, Nishant, Karan, Mikhil, Sudhir, Ria won the first prize getting vouchers from PIZZA Express.
